PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an air blower and the air blower capable of reducing vibration in a wide rotating speed range, by reducing labor and time required for a balance adjustment in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an air blower which includes a fan 1 for imparting a momentum to air by rotating, a shaft 22 of becoming a rotary shaft of the fan 1, and a plurality of balls 61 arranged on a concentric circle with a shaft 1 as the center, and in which the plurality of balls 61 are fixed to the fan 1, includes a step of preparing the fan 1 arranged in a state where the plurality of balls 61 can move on the concentric circle, and a weight fixing step of fixing the plurality of balls 61 to the fan 1 in a state of rotating the fan 1 at a rotating speed of a dangerous speed or more. |
