The present invention relates to a bean curd manufacturing system with a heating device and a cooling device and a bean curd manufacturing method and, more specifically, to a bean curd manufacturing system comprising: a heating device which comprises a heating tank storing bean flour mixture, in which bean flour and water for manufacturing bean curd are mixed, a first mixer for mixing the bean flour mixture stored within the heating tank, a first mixer driving motor for driving the first mixer and an openable boiler which is connected to the heating tank, stores water, is equipped with an openable lid and supplies steam to the inner space of the heating tank through a steam line; and a cooling device which comprises a cooling tank receiving the bean flour mixture heated in the heating device through an inlet tube by being connected to the heating tank, a second mixer for mixing the bean flour mixture stored within the cooling tank, a second mixer driving motor for driving the second mixer and a cooling means for cooling the bean flour mixture stored within the cooling tank by arranging a cooling surface of a thermoelectric cooling element, in which one side comprises the cooling surface and the other side comprises a radiating surface, on the outer periphery of the cooling tank. |
