摘要 A recovery system of high temperature waste heat capable of directly using maximum high temperature water to a steam boiler by collecting the heat from the high temperature waste heat discharged from a dye works is disclosed. The disclosed recovery system of the high temperature waste heat includes a waste water thermometer measuring the temperature of waste water discharged through a drain pipe from a plurality of dyeing baths; a path control valve setting a path of the waste water; an integration drain pipe for integrating the drain pipe connected to the dyeing baths; a low temperature heat exchanger exchanging the heat of the water of steam boiler with the low temperature water discharged through the path control valve and heating the water of the steam boiler; a low temperature water collecting tank collecting the water heated in the low temperature heat exchanger; a high temperature heat exchanger exchanging the heat of the water of the steam boiler discharged from the low temperature water collecting tank with the high temperature waste water discharged through the integration drain pipe and heating the water of the steam boiler; the steam boiler generating high pressure steam for dyeing by heating the high temperature water discharged from the high temperature heat exchanger; a water flowmeter measuring a discharging rate of the high temperature waste water; and a control unit controlling the path control valve by generating a valve control signal so that the temperature of the water heated in the high temperature heat exchanger becomes a maximum according to the discharging rate measured by the water flowmeter and the temperature of the waste water measured by the waste water thermometer.
