PURPOSE: A device for sterilizing and drying kitchen utensils is provided to efficiently sterilize objects while the circulating wind circulating to a drying chamber is passed through a plasma ionizer. CONSTITUTION: A device (1) for sterilizing and drying kitchen utensils comprises a drying chamber (3), a circulating duct (4), and an inlet hole (5). The drying chamber is opened or closed by a door and is equipped with the inlet hold in which the circulating wind is supplied and an outlet hole (6). The circulating duct is equipped with a blowing unit compulsorily blowing the circulating wind discharged from the outlet hole to the inlet hole. A ceramic electrode and a plasma ionizer (12) are installed in the circulating duct. The ceramic electrode receives the power and emits hydro pearl oxyradical. The position of the plasma ionizer is set to move from the ceramic electrode to a needle electrode. The circulating duct is equipped with the inlet holes. A spraying nozzle is installed to induce the circulating wind to be sprayed onto the inside of the drying chamber.
