PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type touch input device capable of detecting different input operation positions of two or more points and detecting each input operation position in a short time.SOLUTION: One of two or more drive electrodes belonging to a drive electrode group DV (n) and a drive electrode group DV (n') adjacent thereto is used as a common drive electrode wired between them. When a drive control part drive-controls the drive electrode group DV (n), a pitch between drive electrodes wired at equal intervals is set so that variation of a detection voltage level R (m, n) appears in a detection electrode S (m) wired in the vicinity of an input operation body at a position where the input operation body is separated to the intermediate position of the adjacent drive electrode group DV (n'). |
