PURPOSE: A bicycle clutch and a bicycle for an infant thereof are provided to control selectively the connection a pedal with a wheel, wherein an infant determines the timing when operating bicycle pedals forward. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle clutch(100) includes an outer ring(10), an inner ring(20), and a latch bolt(30). The outer ring has an inner circumference on which the latch is formed. The inner ring has an outer circumference including at least one convex type recess part. The inner ring includes a latch bolt seating surface extended to the outer circumference of the inner ring from the convex type recess part. The convex type recess part has a part of the convex type recess recessed into the space in the inner circumference of the outer ring. The latch bolt has one end(30a) having the curved surface corresponding to the convex type recess part of the inner ring and the other end(30b) capable of hanging on the latch.
