PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interruption monitoring circuit for easily detecting interruption error.SOLUTION: An interruption monitoring circuit includes: an interruption signal control part 42 for, when an interruption input signal (c) is asserted, asserting an interruption output signal (d), and for asserting a module interruption clear request signal (e); an interruption factor clear control part 43 for, when the module interruption clear request signal (e) is asserted, negating the interruption input signal (c) from a detection object module 31; and a CPU register access control part 44 for, when register access from a CPU 10 to the detection object module 31 occurs, asserting a CPU interruption clear request signal (f). When the interruption input signal (c) from the detection object module 31 is asserted in a state that the interruption output signal (d) is asserted, an interruption error detection signal (b) is asserted. |
