PURPOSE: An earthquake-resistant construction method is provided to improve earthquake-resistant efficiency, to simplify a custom design to a load, to compose an earthquake-proof system according to the relative story displacement of a building. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-resistant construction method comprises the following steps: installing a vertical beam member for integrating with a structure and fixing a plurality of wires in both sides; extending the wire to be downwardly sloped and fixing to a foundation part; installing a damper between the lower end of the wire and the foundation part; and installing a plurality of pretensioned wires for being perpendicularly arranged with respect to the foundation part.
