PURPOSE: A traffic accident alarming service server and a determining method thereof are provided to reduce traffic accidents by alarming objects when in a high possibility of collision. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting part(110) collects information about multiple objects on an intersection. A visibility determining part(120) determines whether critical visibility between entering objects for safe braking is blocked by obstacles. A collision possibility determining part(130) determines collision possibility between entering objects. A collision alarming part(140) alarms collision with the entering objects.
