The device (10) has outlet openings (18) cooperated with fluid e.g. charge air, intake ducts in a head of an engine. Fluid guiding units are provided at level of each opening, where the guiding units are projected in an individual manner in each duct. The guiding units are realized under form of protrusions (20) or manifolds, where the protrusions are provided at level of a collective case of an outlet of a heat exchanger. The protrusions have sealing reinforcing units that are provided at level of each opening. An independent claim is also included for a heat exchanger comprising a cover.
