摘要 PURPOSE: An ARW(Angle Random Walk) measuring device of a ring laser gyroscope and a method thereof are provide to enhance the efficiency of a fault diagnosing operation in a gyro performance trend analysis progress and mass production process under various test circumstances. CONSTITUTION: An ARW(Angle Random Walk) measuring device of a ring laser gyroscope comprises a data collection unit(110), a data generating unit(120), a sampling data calculation unit(130), a moving average filter(140), and an ARW calculation unit(150). The data collection unit obtains output data of a ring laser gyroscope. The obtained data is converted into one-second-cycle data. The sampling data calculation unit calculates an effective value based on the converted one-second-cycle data. The moving average filter sets the calculated effective value as an initial value of a feedback loop through the sampling data calculation unit. The ARW calculation unit regenerates the calculated effective value as the one-second-cycle data when the effective value set as the initial value and the effective value calculated by the feedback loop.
