PURPOSE: A vessel hole management system and a method for inspecting the hole effectiveness of the system are provided to instantly and flexibly handle a problem and a change of a hull design or a design and improve the accuracy of hole work. CONSTITUTION: A common reference information generating unit(110) extracts a hole list from a design model to grant a reference number to each hole and connects a hull panel with each hole with the reference of a hull model to generate a common reference table.
