PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device capable of suppressing display of an unnecessary stroke image when displaying the list of stroke images in which a stroke is drawn, an electronic pen system, and a program.

SOLUTION: A computer device generates a second display image to be displayed by second display means whose display area is larger than that of first display means based on a first display image that is displayed by the first display means and displays the list of stroke images including a handwritten stroke. At this moment, the computer device generates the second display image in which a stroke image whose stroke amount by the handwritten stroke is equal to or less than a predetermined stroke amount and/or whose stroke time required for drawing the handwritten stroke is equal to or less than a predetermined stroke time in the stroke images on the list of the first display images is made to be non-display.
