<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical ranging device with high heat resistance and high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A lens frame 11 holding a light emission lens 5 and a light reception lens 6 and made of a metal is held between a secondary mold 9 and a tertiary mold 10 each made of a light-shielding resin. The lens frame 11 has an uneven structure 11b on its front face and back face.
