An antenna device (101) is provided with a substrate (10) on which an emitting ground conductor (11), which has a first side (S1) and a second side (S2) that faces the first side (S1), is formed. A non-ground-conductor area (12) is disposed along the first side (S1) of the emitting ground conductor (11) at a position excluding both ends of the first side (S1). A series circuit containing radiation electrodes (13, 14) and a capacitance element (21) is positioned at both ends of the non-ground-conductor area (12) along the first side (S1) so as to straddle the non-ground-conductor area (12). A coaxial cable (33) is drawn from the non-ground-conductor area (12) of the substrate (10) to near the center of the second side (S2) of the emitting ground conductor (11).
