PURPOSE: A photo-induced metal-insulator transition(MIT) material complex for a solar cell, the solar cell and a solar cell module comprising the same are provided to implement a high efficiency solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A light - organic MIT material composite for a solar battery(100b) comprises a n-type metallic conductor(140) and p-type metallic conductor(130). The n-type metallic conductor has the electronic structure of a metal. The n-type metallic conductor is insulator and a semiconductor. The mover of the n-type metallic conductor is the electronics induced by the light. The p-type metallic conductor has the electronic structure of metal. |
