PURPOSE: A heating apparatus for a continuous annealing furnace having a recuperator is provided to recover waste heat from the periphery of a combustion unit through the recuperator, excluding a waste heat recovery pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus for a continuous annealing furnace comprises a combustion unit(120), a burner unit(110), a radiant tube(130), and a recuperator(140). The combustion unit comprises an inlet(121) and an outlet(122). The burner unit is installed inside the combustion unit and performs combustion for indirectly heating a steel plate using combustion air drawn in through the inlet. One end of the radiant tube is connected to the other end of the combustion unit to circulate combustion heat that heats a cold rolled steel sheet. The recuperator collects waste heat of exhaust gas circulated and discharged from the radiant tube and heats combustion air. |
