PURPOSE: A real estate consulting system using a network and a method thereof are provided to suggest real estate information in real time by displaying real estate cases through a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A distribution module of a central main server distributes various real estate information. A data providing service module of the central main server certifies the authenticity of the information distributed through the distribution module. An integrated DB(database) stores the various real estate information. Customer counseling software of an internal server proceeds with customer counseling. A customer counseling touch monitor suggests present conditions of a real estate listing, a satellite photograph, a contract, and tax information.
