<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, a method and an apparatus for binding using a desired band shape body that is easy to be used by solving conventional problems. <P>SOLUTION: Slender incisions 102 extended in a direction vertical to and/or intersecting an end edge of a body 100 to be bound are formed to be arranged side by side at a proper space, and a part including the tip of the band shape body 10 is folded back along the molecular orientation of the band shape body and in the direction of intersecting the longitudinal direction of the band shape body, and inserted to the incisions 102 to push and open the slender incisions from the surface of the body to be bound and projected to the back surface. The part of the band shape body 10 which is inserted into the incisions and formed from the surface is folded back to the back surface of the body to be bound along the molecular orientation of the band shape body and in the direction intersecting the direction in which the incisions are extended.
