PURPOSE: A flour cooling apparatus, and a flour cooling and transferring system for producing frozen dough using thereof are provided to secure the freshness of the frozen dough during a transferring process. CONSTITUTION: A flour cooling apparatus comprises the following: a base frame(100) assembled into a frame with four angles for the oscillation buffing; a cooling body housing(200) including a load cell(202) capable of measuring flour, replacing hot air contained in the flour with cooling air for cooling the flour; a tornado cooling nozzle(300) mixing the cooling air with the flour by blowing the cooling air from the lower inner circumference of the cooling body housing toward the center; an inner blowing-cooling nozzle(400) blowing in the cooling air to the flour; an air vent collecting the scattering flour for reducing the flour loss, and controlling the temperature increase by the overload on the cooling apparatus; a discharge transferring unit(600) for transferring the discharged flour; and an air dispersion stand(700) with an air inlet pipe(610) supplying the cooling air after dehydrating.
