<p>PURPOSE: A sleep control device and a method thereof are provided to reduce snoring and to prevent apnea by changing the sleep position of a user. CONSTITUTION: A sleep control device comprises a sensor unit(100), a signal processing unit(200), a control unit(300), a sleep control unit(400), a driving unit(500), a manipulation unit(700), and an information processor(600). The sensor unit changes the sensing information detected from each sensor into an electric signal. The signal processing unit transmits the sleep state information of a user. The controller generates a control signal. The sleep control unit is driven while corresponding to a driving control signal and a return control signal. The driving unit is driven by the sleep control unit. The manipulation unit inputs data in order to control the control unit. The information processor processes sleep information.</p> |
