PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to stably combine a conductive semiconductor layer with the light emitting device by securely fixing a light emitting structure on a lower conductive layer using a head of a combining pin. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate layer(140) is located on a lower conductive layer(150). A lower contact layer(120) is located on the transparent substrate layer. A light emitting structure is located on the lower contact layer. The light emitting structure comprises an active layer(112). A combining pin(180) is formed by penetrating the light emitting structure to the lower conductive layer. The combining pin electrically connects the low contact layer and the lower conductive layer.
