BASE ASSEMBLY FOR MOTOR AND HARD DISK DRIVE INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A base assembly for a motor and a hard disk drive with the same are provided to increase rigidity of a motor assemblage part even though the hard disk drive uses a thin steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(110) has a hollow. The base plate protrudes from a fixing unit(118). A reinforcement plate(130) includes a protrusion portion(132) and an extension portion. The protrusion portion is combined with the fixing unit. A core is inserted into the protrusion portion. The extension portion is extended from one end of the protrusion portion to one side of the base plate.
