Method for starting a pipe extrusion line

The method involves moving an extruding pipe (6) by an extrusion line through a pusher (7) that is provided in a calibration- and cooling unit (8) and transferring the shear force on the extruding pipe. The calibration- and cooling unit stays under atmospheric pressure in a starting phase. An independent claim is also included for an extrusion line with a calibration sleeve for executing the method.
