PURPOSE: A sleepiness prevention and exercise device for vehicles is provided to effectively prevent sleepiness due to long time driving. CONSTITUTION: A sleepiness prevention and exercise device for vehicles comprises a motor(10), an eccentric cam, and a stage(13). In the shaft of the motor, the eccentric cam is installed. The stage is settled on the eccentric cam. When a driver put his/her leg on the state, the stage shakes up and down at a constant interval and exercises the left foot. The rotation speed of the motor and the control of power source are controlled by a control unit.
