Means for protecting set cementitious material comprises a first body of set cementitious material 11, a second body of set cementitious material 12, and an edge protector 1 arranged between the two bodies. The edge protector 1 provides a wall 3 which runs along immediately adjacent sides of the two bodies below the upper surface of each body, and also providing a capping 2 which caps immediately adjacent upper corners of each body so as to substantially prevent upward curl of such corners.
