PURPOSE: A method for purifying polluted air, a method for processing fluid materials or water, a method for manufacturing healthful materials based on water, and an environmentally-friendly treating system for the same are provided to purify water without chemicals by passing the water through water tanks. CONSTITUTION: A second water tank(1) is formed on the upper side of base concrete. A discharging valve is formed at the lower side of the second water tank. A first water tank(3) with one high wall and one low wall is formed at the upper side of the second water tank. The bottom of the first water tank is slanted. A middle wall is formed at the middle of the first water tank to be the same height as the height of the high wall. Separating holes are formed on the middle wall. Brushes(9) are formed at the separating holes and are in combined with a motor. The brushes strike water introduced into the first water tank. An electric heater or an electromagnetic wave generator is formed on the middle wall. |
