PURPOSE: A method for treating water and a water purifying apparatus for the same are provided to obtain energy contained in fresh water or seawater by including a compressing container, a filtering container, and a filtering part. CONSTITUTION: A filtering container(1) is prepared. An outlet(8) is arranged at a lower side of the filtering container. An adjusting valve(7) is arranged at the outlet and adjusts the discharged amount of fresh water, seawater, alcohol, drink, or pourable food. A brush(99) crosses the filtering container. One shaft of the brush is combined with a motor(11) and agitates fresh water, seawater, alcohol, drink, or pourable food. Filtering parts are arranged at the upper surrounding part of the filtering container. |
