<p>PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove the defect of a carbon nano tube due to a post process and to improve conductance by directly growing a carbon nano tube which is grown in parallel inside a nano hole. CONSTITUTION: A nano rod or a nano hole is formed in a silicon electrode. An opposing electrode faces the silicon electrode. In the surface of the carbon nanotube, a photoelectric conversion material is attached. The photoelectric conversion material is a quantum dot compound.</p> |
