<p>A negative pressure molding method for casting refractory material product includes the steps: covering a surface of a pattern (1) with a film (4) which is placed on the moulding board with a suction chamber (2), tightly sticking the film (4) to the surface of the pattern(1) by suction applied to the pattern surface; spraying zircon powder on the exposed surface of the film (4), placing a sand box (5) around the moulding board, filling the sand box (5) with dry sand (7) and shocking it slightly, then sealing the sand box (5) with a back film (8), hardening the dry sand(7) by suction applied thereto, then stopping suction and lifting the mold thereby forming a down box; pre-setting a casting head (10) and an exhaust hole (11) in an upper box (9) , filling the upper box (9) with the dry sand (7), sealing the upper box (9) with the back film (8), and hardening the dry sand (7) by suction applied thereto thereby forming the upper box (9); coupling the upper and the down boxes to form a mould, pouring molten liquid under the negative pressure state, then solidifying to obtain the refractory material product. The product made by the method has high precision and good quality.</p> |
