<p>PURPOSE: To provide a luminescent material, especially one superior in blue light emission, which is used in an OEL device and allows the device to have higher luminescence efficiency, lower driving voltage, better thermal resistance and longer lifetime, as well as to provide an OEL device using the luminescent material.
