PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste capable of forming a conductive film with suitable conductivity by calcining at low temperature for a short period without spoiling shelf life and coating nature. SOLUTION: In the conductive paste including conductive particulates 1, a protective agent 2 (and/or dispersant) for restraining aggregation of the conductive particulates 1, an organic matter removing agent 3, and a solvent 4, the surface of each organic matter removing agent 3 is covered with a covering layer 5 for restraining or preventing chemical combination and/or chemical reaction by directly coming in contact with the protective agent 2 (and/or the dispersant).
