PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for discharging minute droplets, which can discharge a high-viscosity liquid at room temperature or lower and which facilitates its decomposition and washing. SOLUTION: The device 1 for discharging minute droplets includes: a nozzle plate 11 forming a discharge opening; a body 13 of which one side is connected tightly in liquid to the discharge opening, of which the other side has a through opening used as an opening end and in which a liquid feed passage is formed toward the through opening from the outside; a diaphragm 16 installed at the upper part of the opening end; a poppet 17 connected to the opening end side of the diaphragm toward the discharge opening; a driving shaft 19 connected to the diaphragm from the opposite side of the poppet in the opening end side; and a driving clamp 18 holding the diaphragm between it and the body and holding the driving shaft.
