The present invention relates to an ophthalmic lens comprising, on its surface, a first central yellow zone preferentially absorbing the blue light of the visible spectrum, a second peripheral zone preferentially absorbing light having wavelengths of less than 600 nm, and preferentially a third zone which is colourless, grey, or brown in the lower part of the lens.
