PURPOSE: A mobile wind speed application driving generator system for charging battery is provided to charge the battery by using the speed of wind grazing. CONSTITUTION: A generator is installed on the vehicles upper end or after trunk. Generator is installed on the exposure cap. The speed of wind inlet is installed on the vehicles both sides of the car roof. Generator and speed of wind wing are each other connected. The inanition or the belt is connected to shaft. The generator rotation rate increases when the speed of wind wing rotates one wheel.
