<p>The invention relates to a plant for producing charcoal by the thermal treatment of cellulose waste. According to the invention, the plant consists of a compartment (A) for storing, cutting and grinding wastes, wherefrom the cellulose material passes to a thermal treatment compartment (B) comprising a retort (R) with one or several continuously operating calcination columns heated to 500...600°C with smoke gases from a compartment (C) provided with a boiler for producing smoke gases, or electrically, with energy provided by the generator in a compartment (D), after which the calcined material passes through a heat exchanger (12) and a granulometric separator (SG) wherefrom the sorted charcoal is discharged.</p> |
