PURPOSE: An LED lighting lamp with a cooler is provided to prevent the deterioration of an LED due to the overheat inside a housing by minimizing the increase in the temperature inside the housing. CONSTITUTION: An LED lighting lamp with a cooler comprises: an LED lamp(A) having a cooler; a substrate(10) having an LED on the bottom and a heat radiation block on the top; a housing having a vent(21) on one side of a body accommodating the substrate; a heat sink which is combined with the vent and is arranged on the bottom of a ventilation fan; and cooler having a heat transfer plate.
