<p>PURPOSE: A ball joint assembly for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing process of an entire assembly since a seat member is insert-molded, thus an outer case is integrated into bearing members. CONSTITUTION: A ball joint assembly(100) for a vehicle comprises a ball stud(10), bearing members(30), a seat member(50) and an outer case(70). The ball stud comprises a spherical part(13) on a hollow shaft(11). The bearing members make rolling contact with the spherical part of the ball stud. The seat member supports the outer circumferential surfaces of the bearing members. The outer case is formed in order to protect the seat member. The outer case, the seat member and bearing members are integrally formed. The outer case and the bearing members are formed separately. The seat member is formed as a molding part(51), which is insert-molded between the outer case and the bearing members.</p> |
