PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vibration noise blocking plate having an air layer for a slab in a building is provided to achieve efficient insulation of vibration noise by forming an air layer in an insulation material and to simplify a process for forming the air layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vibration noise blocking plate having an air layer for a slab in a building comprises steps of: mixing one or more selected among polymer materials, including polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene vinyl acetate, and polyvinyl chloride foam, with a foaming agent, a filler and a cross-linking agent; molding the mixture into a sheet form through a roll forming machine; forming a groove(12) on a side of the sheet with a projected band formed on a side of the final roller of the roll forming machine; fitting a forming rod(20) made of a material not being deformed under high temperature in each groove of upper and lower sheets; foaming the sheets in a foaming machine; and cutting the edges of the foamed sheets and removing the forming rods. |
