PURPOSE: A vehicle with a generating system using waste heat, capable of the increase of electrical energy generated from a thermoelectric module, is provided to use waste heat by operating the thermoelectric module by the temperature difference between lubricating oil transfer channels. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle with a generating system using waste heat comprises an engine(100), a fluid channel part(300), a lubricating oil transfer channel part(500) and a thermoelectric module(600). The engine has an engine radiating part(110) and a lubrication part(120). The fluid channel part has a low temperature transfer channel and a high temperature transfer channel. The low temperature transfer channel of the fluid channel part transfers the fluid heat, released from the fluid radiator, to the engine radiating part.
