PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain rail structure, simple in structure, not requiring remarkable remodeling for an existing curtain rail, and surely achieving branching by simple operation. SOLUTION: In the curtain rail structure, the distal end side of one main rail 2a branches into a plurality of sub-rails 2c through a branching part 7. The branching part 7 includes: a connecting plate 8 connecting the main rail 2a and the sub-rails 2c; a rocking rail 2y pivoted to the connecting plate 8 to be rockable by a rocking shaft 10 and capable of connecting the main rail 2a to the sub-rails 2c, respectively depending on the rocking position; and further a magnetic holding mechanism 13 for holding the rocking rail in a desired position while simultaneously regulating the rocking position of the rocking rail.
