PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse circuit which can compare the voltage level of an output terminal driven by a current path including a fuse with a predetermined voltage level. SOLUTION: The fuse circuit includes: a fuse unit 410 configured to drive the output terminal COM via the current path including the fuse 412 in response to a fuse enable signal EN_ADD; and a comparison unit 450 configured to compare a reference voltage VREF having a predetermined level with the voltage level of the output terminal to generate a fuse state signal FOUT.
