PURPOSE: A device for roasting hardy crops, which evenly cooks hardy crops using a rotor and a halogen lamp, is provided to improve the taste and flavor of the hardy crops. CONSTITUTION: A device for roasting hardy crops comprises a main body(100), a rotator(200), a table, and a heating source. The main body has a receiving space in the inside thereof, a transparent window on one side thereof and a door(102) to input hardy crops. The rotor is installed inside the main body and is rotated by a motor which is installed outside of the body. |
