It is possible to provide a mixer device, a player, a reproduction system, and the like in which the player side can distinguish whether a reproduction signal being reproduced by a player is in the OnAir state (whether output is performed at the mixer device side) and which can prevent an erroneous operation of the player by a user. The mixer device (20) is connected to one or more players (10) and outputs a reproduction signal reproduced by the player (10) to an output device (30). The mixer device (20) outputs the OnAir signal indicating that a reproduction signal is being outputted to the output device (30) (i.e., in the OnAir state) to the player (10) as an input source of the reproduction signal.
