The present invention is related to the pharmaceutical industry in general, mainly to compositions for treating disorders and affections of the skin and more particularly refers to a novel topic composition for treating skin disorders such as pimples, blackheads and/or acne; the invention is characterised in that it comprises a safe and effective amount of acetylsalicylic acid or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient; a safe and effective amount of a skin protector agent and a safe and effective amount of a topic vehicle as solvent, quantitatively comprising 100 ml of ethylic alcohol, 50 ml of ether, 1 gr of precipitated sulphur and 1 gr of acetylsalicylic acid.
