PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a shutter member disposed between a nozzle bracket and a guide pipe provided inside a filler tube. SOLUTION: The guide pipe 15 is connected to the nozzle bracket 14 inside the filler tube 12 of a fuel tank; therefore, a fuel flow is straightened by the guide pipe 15 in refueling to prevent generation of blowback. The shutter member 16 is provided at an end part of the nozzle bracket 14 on the guide pipe 15 side; therefore, dissipation of vaporized fuel to the air can be prevented even when a nozzle N of a filler gun is not inserted with an oil supply opening open. A notched part 15c which allows opening and closing operations of the shutter member 16 is formed on the guide pipe 15; therefore, the guide pipe 15 prevents the shutter member 16 from having interference with opening and closing operations thereof, thus concurrently satisfying a fuel blowback prevention function by the guide pipe 15 and a prevention function for vaporized fuel dissipation to the air by the shutter member 16.
