BARGE MOUNTED CTL PLANT AND METHOD FOR PLACING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A barge-mounted coal-to-liquid plant and an installation method thereof are provided to prevent carbon dioxide, generated by producing synthetic oil of liquid state from coal, from being discharged to the air by installing a carbon dioxide collector in a coal-to-liquid plant. CONSTITUTION: According to a barge-mounted coal-to-liquid plant, a coal-to-liquid plant which produces the synthetic oil of liquid state from the coal is mounted on a barge(10). The barge is comprised by assembling multiple blocks(11) with an air chamber. The block is made of steel. The coal-to-liquid plant comprises a gasifier and an F-T composite reactor. The gasifier gasifies the coal and produces synthetic gas. An F-T composite reactor produces the synthetic oil by F-T reacting carbon monoxide and hydrogen.
