PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing tteok is provided to manufacture the tteok using a simple process by steaming tteok powder or tteok dough in transfer procedure, to easily mold the tteock, and to maintain original taste of the tteok by steaming and discharging the tteok at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing tteok comprises; a hopper(11) supplying tteok powder; an extrusion pipe(12) which is connected to the hopper and has a cylinder shape; a transfer screw(13) which is installed inside the extrusion pipe; an exhaust nozzle(14) which is combined with the end of the extrusion pipe; steam injection holes(15a,15b,15c); dispersion nets(16a,16b,16c) which are formed along the inner side of the extrusion pipe; and an outlet which is installed on the end of the extrusion pipe to discharge moisture. |
