PURPOSE: A high-speed vegetable washing apparatus is provided to efficienctly cool and rapidly wash vegetable supplied into a cylindrical water tank. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed vegetable washing apparatus comprises: a cyclindrical water tank(10) which is near a front end(12) and comprising an inlet hopper(18); an inclined tube transfer tube(16) which is inclined at rear side of the cylindrical water tank and has a conveyor belt(36) and outet(14) at one end; a central wash supply pipe(22) having plural radial infection nozzles(20); a circumferential wash water supply pipe(30) which is arranged inside of the cylindrical water tank in a circular form and has plural injection nozzles(34) for supplying washing water and pore.
