摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of simple structure at low costs, capable of detecting a malfunctional solenoid valve in a fluid flow passage device, which can easily, quickly and surely detect a malfunctional valve, without requiring an additional hardware. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A valve inspection pattern formed using a reference value, which is a normal value of the fluid physical quantity such as a flow rate when making a fluid flow in a plurality of flow passages 4, 7, 14 and 15 in response to predetermined operating/closing patterns of a plurality of automatic valves SV-1 to SV-5 or a manual valve, and a numerical value, which is obtained by converting a transition condition of the operating/closing operation of the plurality of valves to a numerical value, is stored. With the execution of this valve inspection pattern, a valve considered to be a malfunctional valve is determined by comparing the value of the measured fluid physical quantity with the reference value, and the malfunctional valve is specified among the plurality of valves, which are considered to be a malfunctional valve, by multiplying the numerical values in the transition condition of the valves considered to be a malfunctional valve.
